1. Acceptance
By using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For professional accounts, a contract, quotation, or purchase order may supplement or prevail for commercial and pricing matters.
2. Access and accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is deemed to be by you or a user authorised by your organisation. MargiPro may suspend or restrict access in the event of a breach of these terms or abusive use.
3. Permitted use
The Service is intended for professional use. In particular, you must not: access systems or data without authorisation; use the Service unlawfully; compromise the security or availability of the Service; reverse engineer or circumvent technical measures except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
MargiPro and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, trade marks, and editorial content provided. You are granted only the right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. Data and documents you upload remain yours; you warrant that you have the rights needed to process them in the Service.
5. Availability and changes
MargiPro aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may change (features, interfaces, infrastructure) for technical, security, or legal reasons. Information published on the site or in the app may change over time.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MargiPro is not liable for indirect loss, loss of business, or loss of data due to third parties, force majeure, or your own fault. Business interpretation of Service outputs (OCR, extractions) remains solely your professional responsibility.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory rules of public policy.
